Cluck King Privacy Policy

Introduction
Cluck King does not collect, transmit or share any personal data. This policy explains how the Cluck King game for Android ("Cluck King", "the game", package name com.cluckking.arcade.endless.run.app) handles information, and applies to the game as distributed on Google Play.
In this policy, "we" and "us" mean the developer of Cluck King. If you have a question about this policy, see the Contact section below.
Summary
- No personal data collected. The game does not collect any personal information and sends no data to us.
- No sharing. We do not share, sell or rent any data to third parties.
- No internet access. The game does not request the internet permission, so it cannot send data anywhere.
- No account. There is no sign-up and no login.
- No ads or in-app purchases. The game shows no advertising and sells nothing.
- No analytics or tracking. The game contains no analytics, crash reporting, advertising IDs or third-party SDKs.
- Your progress stays on your device. You can delete it at any time.
Information stored on your device
Cluck King saves your game progress in its private storage on your device. None of it leaves your device through the game.

Third-party services
Cluck King uses no third-party services. It includes only standard Android (AndroidX / Jetpack Compose) libraries, which do not collect data. It contains no advertising, analytics, crash reporting, sign-in or payment SDKs.
Permissions
Cluck King requests only one Android permission:
- Vibrate: for haptic feedback during play. You can turn vibration off in the game's settings. This permission gives the game no access to your data.
The game does not request access to the internet, your location, contacts, camera, microphone, files or notifications.
Device backups
If Android backup is turned on for your device, your saved game progress may be included in your personal Google device backup so it can be restored on a new phone. Android and Google manage that backup under your Google account; we have no access to it.
Deleting your data
Because nothing is sent to us, there is no data for us to delete. To remove everything Cluck King has stored, clear the app's storage in your Android settings or uninstall the game.
Children's privacy
Cluck King is not directed at children under 13. Because the game collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a future version of Cluck King adds features that collect data, such as ads, analytics or online services, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
